How we work
Start with a conversation about the problem. Where further work is useful, we define the opportunity and test a focused solution. Agree what success would look like before committing to a wider build. Then decide what to implement, what to improve and what not to pursue.
Understand the problem.
Define the opportunity.
Test a focused solution.
Review the evidence.
Implement and integrate.
Support the system and measure its value.
