Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy
Effective date: 2026-10-03
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website or service can place on a device. Similar technologies include browser local storage, pixels, tags and software libraries that store or access information on a device or send measurement information to a service provider.
2. Our approach
Necessary website functions operate independently of optional analytics. Google Analytics 4 remains inactive until you accept analytics.
Advertising pixels and LinkedIn Insight Tag are disabled.
We do not use session replay, device fingerprinting, email-open tracking or click tracking.
The website and enquiry form work when analytics is rejected.
We do not use server-side analytics pings, hashed email or reverse-IP enrichment to work around a refusal of analytics.
3. Categories we may use
| Category | Use | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Consent preference, website operation, security and enquiry handling. | These functions do not depend on analytics acceptance. |
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4 page views and successful enquiry events. | Off until accepted; can be withdrawn. |
| Attribution history | First-source and latest-source browser histories are not collected. | No active attribution-history storage. |
| Marketing and advertising | Not enabled. | No marketing category or advertising tags. |
4. Analytics design
The website uses one Google Analytics 4 implementation after analytics acceptance. A successful enquiry event is recorded only after validation and durable saving of the private enquiry record. Notification email delivery is not a condition for that event. Contact clicks, email links, form starts and failed submissions are not successful enquiry events. Form contents and private lead identifiers are excluded from analytics.
5. LinkedIn and other marketing technologies
LinkedIn Insight Tag and other advertising or marketing pixels are not enabled. We do not infer a visitor’s identity from LinkedIn or reconstruct missing referral journeys.
6. Your choices
You can accept or reject analytics using equally available controls. Cookie preferences remains available to revisit your choice. Withdrawal stops future optional collection and clears first-party analytics cookies and any reserved attribution storage. Refusal does not restrict the enquiry form.
You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Browser settings may affect necessary website functions if all storage is blocked.
7. Cookies and browser storage
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| nexus-consent-v1 (local storage) | Remembers analytics acceptance or rejection. | Until changed or cleared; no automatic expiry. |
| _ga | GA4 first-party analytics identifier, only after acceptance. | Session; cleared on withdrawal. |
| _ga_<stream identifier> | GA4 stream-specific session state, only after acceptance. | Session; cleared on withdrawal. |
If browser storage is unavailable, the consent choice is held in page memory. The website does not populate first-source or latest-source history keys. The stream-specific cookie suffix identifies the configured Google Analytics stream.
8. Changes to this Policy
We update this Policy when the website’s cookies or similar technologies change.
