Website Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the public website at redskynexus.com. They do not govern paid Redsky services, AI environments, training engagements or bespoke projects, which are subject to separate written agreements.

1. About the website

The website is operated by Redsky (Guernsey) Limited, trading as Redsky Nexus. The site provides information about Redsky’s services, experience, insights and ways to contact us.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent they are enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site. Additional terms may apply to particular features, campaigns or services and will be identified where relevant.

3. Information, not a client engagement

Website content is provided for general business and informational purposes. Viewing the site, submitting a contact form or exchanging preliminary messages does not by itself create a client, advisory, fiduciary or other professional relationship with Redsky. A paid engagement begins only when the parties enter into an applicable written agreement or otherwise expressly agree the engagement terms.

4. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not:

attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or connected systems;

introduce malicious code, overload the site, probe for vulnerabilities without permission or interfere with normal operation;

use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights or breaches applicable law;

misrepresent your identity or submit information you are not entitled to provide; or

copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the site for a competing commercial service without permission, except to the extent permitted by law.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website, Redsky Nexus brand assets, original written content, graphics, diagrams, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to Redsky. You may view and make reasonable internal copies for evaluating Redsky or referring to its services, but this does not transfer intellectual property rights to you.

Client-specific intellectual property and contractual deliverables are governed by the relevant client agreement, not these website Terms.

6. Accuracy and changes

We aim to keep the website accurate and useful, but AI products, third-party platforms, regulation and technology can change quickly. Content may therefore become outdated. We may update, correct, remove or reorganise content without notice. The effective terms of a contracted Redsky service are those set out in the applicable written agreement, not a website description.

7. External links and third-party services

The website may link to external websites, event organisers, regulators, media, technology providers or other third parties. Links are provided for context or convenience and do not, by themselves, mean that Redsky controls, endorses or accepts responsibility for the third party or its content. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Contact forms and submissions

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the site is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge and appropriate to share. Do not use the public enquiry form to send passwords, authentication codes, highly sensitive personal data, client-confidential documents or information that you are not authorised to disclose. A success confirmation means that the enquiry has been saved. It is not a guarantee of notification email delivery or acceptance of an engagement. The Privacy Notice explains enquiry and notification processing.

9. Website availability and security

We may suspend or change the website for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You must take reasonable precautions when using internet services and should not treat the website as a secure repository for confidential documents.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Redsky does not accept responsibility for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information, temporary unavailability, or third-party content or services outside Redsky’s control. Separate contractual liability terms apply to paid services.

11. Privacy and cookies

Personal data and website technologies are addressed in the Redsky Nexus Privacy Notice and Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy. Those documents should be read with these Terms.

12. Linking to Redsky Nexus

You may link to public pages on the website in a fair and lawful way that does not misrepresent your relationship with Redsky. You must not imply an endorsement, partnership or approval that has not been given. We may ask for a link to be removed where it is misleading, unlawful or technically harmful.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Guernsey.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, law or business. Continued use after an update is subject to the version then in force to the extent permitted by applicable law.
